Procedure still owed. What this screen is for, what it will refuse, and who can use it are published below and are accurate. What is not published yet is the step-by-step procedure — the order your own people work in is yours to decide, and it will be written with you rather than guessed at.
What it is for
- A page the trust writes for itself — About, History, a scheme, anything the fixed sections do not cover.
- Each page has its own web address, which is what a devotee bookmarks and what the menu links to.
What it will not let you do
- Use a web address that is not a clean one — lowercase letters, digits and single hyphens only, as in "about-the-trust".
- Give two pages the same web address — the site could not tell them apart. Choose a different one.
- Put a page on the site without the Website Publisher role — ask your administrator to grant it.
- Keep working markup in the body — anything that could run is stripped out silently when the page is saved, so paste text, not code.
