Procedure still owed. What this screen is for, what it will refuse, and who can use it are published below and are accurate. What is not published yet is the step-by-step procedure — the order your own people work in is yours to decide, and it will be written with you rather than guessed at.
What it is for
- A file the trust publishes for devotees to download — a form, an annual account, a scheme leaflet.
- The file is downloadable only while it is published: take it off the site and the same link stops working at once, for everyone who has it.
- The size shown is measured from the file itself, never typed.
What it will not let you do
- Save a document with no file and no date — both are required.
- Put a document on the site without the Website Publisher role — ask your administrator to grant it.
- Leave an old link working after you take a document off the site — it stops immediately, which is the point. Publish a corrected document in its place.
- Show documents at all while the Documents section is switched off in Website Settings — switch it on there as well as publishing the document.
