VK-SITE-NOTICE - StatusProcedure still owed
Procedure still owed. What this screen is for, what it will refuse, and who can use it are published below and are accurate. What is not published yet is the step-by-step procedure — the order your own people work in is yours to decide, and it will be written with you rather than guessed at.
What it is for
- What the temple tells its devotees on the site — a closure, a timing change, an appeal, an announcement.
- A notice may carry an expiry date, and it leaves the site by itself when that day passes.
What it will not let you do
- Put a notice on the site without the Website Publisher role — ask your administrator to grant it. You can still write the notice as a draft.
- Publish a notice that is already published, or take off the site one that was never on it.
- Keep a notice on the site past its expiry date — it leaves by itself. Clear or extend the expiry to bring it back.
- Show notices at all while the Notices section is switched off in Website Settings — switch it on there.
