Procedure still owed. What this screen is for, what it will refuse, and who can use it are published below and are accurate. What is not published yet is the step-by-step procedure — the order your own people work in is yours to decide, and it will be written with you rather than guessed at.
What it is for
- The pujaris who perform services, kept per temple.
- A pujari named here is the one a cashier can choose on a puja voucher, and the one the monthly figures are broken down by.
What it will not let you do
- Save a pujari without a name.
- Have two pujaris at one temple share a name — the monthly report breaks collections down by pujari and could not tell them apart. Distinguish the name, or use the entry that is there.
- Add a pujari at the window — a cashier may read the list but not add to it. Ask the Premise Manager or the Coordinator.
- Choose another temple's pujari on a voucher or a tile — the refusal names which temple the pujari belongs to.
