Procedure still owed. What this screen is for, what it will refuse, and who can use it are published below and are accurate. What is not published yet is the step-by-step procedure — the order your own people work in is yours to decide, and it will be written with you rather than guessed at.
What it is for
- The festivals the trust observes, year after year.
- A festival is entered once and kept — only its date moves from one year to the next, which is why the same name is reused rather than re-created.
What it will not let you do
- Save a festival without a name.
- Have two festivals at one temple share a name — reuse the one that is there, which is the design.
- Delete a festival, whatever your role — archive it by unticking Active.
- Re-date a festival on the "When it falls" grid once its year has left draft — return that year to draft, or make the correction in a new year if it is locked. The refusal says which.

- iAdmin — add and edit
- every role sees their own premise only
