VK-DEV-FORNAME - StatusProcedure still owed
Procedure still owed. What this screen is for, what it will refuse, and who can use it are published below and are accurate. What is not published yet is the step-by-step procedure — the order your own people work in is yours to decide, and it will be written with you rather than guessed at.
What it is for
- The names a devotee has made offerings in — a spouse, a child, a parent, or the whole family.
- The list builds itself from the window: a name typed into "For" on a voucher is remembered against that devotee and offered back next time.
- It exists so a returning devotee is asked once, not every visit.
What it will not let you do
- Save a blank "For" name — type a name, or leave it empty on the voucher and it falls back to the devotee's own name.
- Record the same name twice against one devotee, so the dropdown cannot show the same family member twice — pick the entry that is already there. Surrounding spaces are trimmed first, so "Sita" and " Sita" are one name.
- Correct or remove a name if you work the window — a cashier may add one but not change one. Ask the Premise Manager or the iAdmin.
