Procedure still owed. What this screen is for, what it will refuse, and who can use it are published below and are accurate. What is not published yet is the step-by-step procedure — the order your own people work in is yours to decide, and it will be written with you rather than guessed at.
What it is for
- When each festival falls this year — the dates the trust reads off the panchang and the counter sells against.
- A date may be left empty while the year is being prepared, but the year cannot be locked until every one is filled.
- These dates are what a calendar-driven manorath is checked against at the window.
What it will not let you do
- Change or delete a date once its year has left draft — return the year to draft to correct a published one; a locked year is corrected in a new year, never by editing closed history. Both refusals name which state you are in.
- Put one temple's festival into another temple's year.
- Date a festival outside the year it sits in.
- Schedule one festival twice in one year — edit the entry that is already there.
- Keep the calendar at the window or from the office — that is the Coordinator's or the Premise Manager's.
