VK-SITE-TEMPLE - StatusProcedure still owed
Procedure still owed. What this screen is for, what it will refuse, and who can use it are published below and are accurate. What is not published yet is the step-by-step procedure — the order your own people work in is yours to decide, and it will be written with you rather than guessed at.
What it is for
- Each temple's public identity — the page devotees land on, where it is, and how to reach it.
- The web address set here is the temple's permanent address on the site.
- A temple that is still a draft answers exactly like a page that does not exist, so nothing half-written is ever visible.
What it will not let you do
- Use a web address that is not a clean one — lowercase letters, digits and single hyphens only, as in "shri-krishna-temple".
- Give two temples the same web address — the public page could not tell them apart. Choose a distinct one.
- Put a temple on the site without the Website Publisher role — ask your administrator to grant it.
- Have a map link render unless it is an ordinary web address — anything else is dropped without a word, so the link simply will not appear. Paste the plain https address of the map.
