VK-CFG-INSTANCE - StatusReady
This page is ready. Everything below was written from the rules the software actually enforces, and from the tests that hold those rules in place.
What it is for
- This instance's identity as the Frae Hub holds it — which product this is, which instance, and whether it is live.
- It is a mirror, not a form. The Hub sets every value here when it provisions or updates the instance.
- It is the screen to read out when raising anything with Frae.
What it will not let you do
- Edit anything on it — identity is the Hub's and the screen offers no create, edit or delete at all. Raise the change with Frae Hub.
- Register the same instance twice — an instance identifier appears once. A duplicate means the Hub sent one that is already here; raise it with them.
- See or set the tamper-evident key that signs the audit trail — no temple role can read it, deliberately, and it is not on this form.
- Have that key changed while the audit trail holds entries — every existing entry was signed with the current one and would read as tampered with. The existing trail is archived first, and that is Frae Hub's to do.
- Sign in at all while the Hub has suspended the instance — the sign-in page says so and names your administrator. Settle it with Frae Hub.
