What it is for
- Who serves the trust, who they answer to, and for which years.
- The reporting line drawn here is the tree the public page shows.
- A member whose tenure has ended moves by itself to the public Past members roll, keeping their years; one whose tenure has not begun is not shown at all.
What it will not let you do
- Delete a member who has been on the site — not even after their tenure ends. Set "Tenure to" instead and they move to the Past members roll with their years. Only a draft that was never published may be deleted.
- Point "Reports to" at someone in this member's own reporting line — the tree would run in a circle. Choose someone outside it, or leave it empty to make them a root.
- End a tenure before it began — correct one of the two dates.
- Delete a draft who still has people reporting to them — re-point those people first.
- Put anything on the site without the Website Publisher role — ask your administrator to grant it.

- Accounts Manager — view only
- Website Publisher — add and edit
- Premise Manager — view only
- iAdmin — add and edit
